Food is another bright spot at the W Santiago. The breakfast buffet is pretty spectacular, but this is also one of the few places where you can enjoy a “Night Brunch” on Friday night from 7-11 and get fueled up before a night out. For a truly spectacular meal, head to Karai. This cross-cultural themed restaurant is the place to enjoy Peruvian cuisine created with Japanese techniques, and Chilean ingredients. The tasting menu is highly recommended. For a French- influenced meal, try NoSo, where you can add to the fun by reserving a spot at the Chef’s Table.
The Ritz Carlton-Santiago
Just a few blocks away, you can experience a stay at the Ritz Carlton. The vibe here is a bit more formal. Guests can enjoy afternoon tea or a glass of Chilean wine at the wood-paneled Lobby Lounge. The Estro restaurant serves “New Chilean Cuisine” and features sustainable farm-to-table ingredients, including outstanding local seafood.

One of the highlights of the property is the spacious, light-filled atrium that houses the hotel’s wellness center. You can experience the fully equipped gym or swim in the heated lap pool. It is also the perfect place for a coffee or a healthy snack. And the spa offers terrific treatments, including body scrubs and deep-tissue massages.
